How To: Feel Beautiful
I felt really inspired to write something for you, my dear reader. Something that will help you feel beautiful.
We all know that beauty comes from within. When you're happy, your inner beauty rises and shines, so this little article is about how to be happy and feel beautiful.
1. Don't listen to other people. Lots of people say hurtful things to you, because they feel bad about themselves. It's not how you dress, what your makeup looks, if you're popular or not ... it's a projection of their little sad inner self. So don't worry about it and just try to be yourself.
2. Do what feels right for you. If right now the trend is very short skirts and high heels, but you don't know how to walk in high heels/don't like them, and don't feel comfortable in short skirts, don't wear short skirts and high heels. Instead wear what you feel comfortable in, and most important what you feel expresses yourself.
3. If something doesn't feel right, but the rest of the world does it ... IGNORE IT, don't care what they do, say... we're all different from each other and thanks God we are. Don't let other people make decisions for yourself and don't let the majority intimidate you. Stick for yourself!
3. Use colours to make yourself happy. We all love colours, they make us feel alive.
4. Everyday try something new - Just to challenge yourself. Try with another colour, shape, combination ... each day and see how much fun you can have with playing around :))
5. Wake up your inner child ;) I love playing on swings, finger painting and all the silly games we used to play when we were kids. Just try it. It will make you laugh and you will feel great for the whole day afterwards <3
6. Sing aloud and dance like no one is watching. Just like the previous tip it makes you happy and you burn a lot of negative energy :)
7. Have fun with your wardrobe. Try some pieces together that in a million years you wouldn't think match. Don't judge or think about it. Just grab the first items that come to your mind. You'll be surprised by the outcome. Plus it's super fun :)
8. Have a day/hour off. Relax. Have a bubble bath/hot shower followed by a nice whole body peeling and lots of pampering. Do whatever you usually don't find the time to do- paint your nails, read a book, call that friend that you've wanting to call forever ..
9. Don't give up. If you feel you're not good at something, keep on trying. No one was born with all the skills/knowledge.
10. Just be yourself.
Because nothing else matters ... So don't let anyone dictate how you should feel about yourself and most of all what is beautiful. Because YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL.

FOTD: Christina's Not Myself Tonight Inspired Look
As promised here is a look inspired by Christina Aguilera's music video Not Myself Tonight.
I did her vintageish look.
She (as always) is gorgeous and that red is more than amazing on her!
Unfortunately I don't own (yet) a duochrome lipstick so I did two shots. One with a red lipstick and my hair down and the other with my hair up and glitter on my lips.
So bare in mind this is just an interpretation :)
And the good news is, I have finally! learned how to glue properly fake eyelashes :P

Look: Not Myself Tonight
Hello ;)
I know I'm late with this "news" but I've been bored and wanted to write something :P
I wanted to do some tags and post some blog awards (I know I got one recently) but couldn't find them. Damn! So if you gave me a blog award or tagged me, please let me know in the comments under this post.
So I wanted to talk about something. And what better that Christina Aguilera's latest video?
Can you imagine how hard was to actually see it like a month after it has been released? Why? Because YouTube and other video pages won't show it, as it violates my country's copyright grounds. WTF??
Anyway I got to see at least some bits of it. I'm not really sure if I like it, but the makeup is amazing. I find it really funny how even two years ago nobody (people) even knew what ballet boots were (except for fetishists), but now you can see them in almost every music video (Beyonce, Lady Gaga and now Christina Aguilera). I actually like how fetish items are getting more and more popular (just look at the runways) as it looks interesting and it gives everything that wow ... wait is that... ? effect. Hahahahaaa ....
My favourite makeup in her video is that almost pinup look with red glitter lips and winged eyeliner on her eyes.
I have to do a makeup look inspired by that :D Expect it at the end of next month (exams).
So instead of a makeup look I did an inspired outfit look using pink instead of red (I just can't help it :P).

Contest entry: Take it to the beach + NOTD watermelon
We go to the beach at summer, right? :) (And we work out the whole year :P)
Beach and summer .... hmm sand? sea? noo ... fruits! :) Lots of fruits (everything else rottens on the beach). So I have chosen WATERMELON inspired look for the beach :) I just love the colors of the watermelom. And since she forbade to use black I used brown :P for the stones.
I even did my nails like a watermelon :D

Another retouch + polyvore Marilyn Monroe
Hi there again! :) I did another retouch today (actually I finished it a couple of minutes ago)

This time about Marilyn Monroe, the biggest inspiration EVER.

I have recreated a look inspired by Twiggy, even though she has got her age now, she is a fashion celebrity! And one of the biggest there is!

- Essence black liquid eyeliner
- Essence black eyeliner pen
- Essence white kajal pencil
- False eyelashes (no name)
- Max Factor False Lashes Effect mascara
- Costal Scents blusher+contour (dark+light+blush)
- Dior powder eyebrow pencil
- Essence lipgloss
In the process I have TRIED to use Arteco's permanent glue for fake eyelashes but it almost burnt my eyes!! And didn't do it's job (glue).
When you open it, it really smells bad and any sane person wouldn't use it near your eyes (if it didn't write for eyes).
Okay, so this is my contest entry and in another post you'll learn more about me and my passions (lately nail polishes are my passion).
